Missing Parts
I bought this mower for my son in October. He just now needs to mow his grass and opens the box to put the lawn mower together. He finds the hardware pack missing and is not able use his mower. He will call the 1-800 number that was in the box and see if they will send him a hardware pack so he can put it together, MTD said it was not their problem, I sent Amazon an email and they resolved the problem prompt and fast.....They are a excellent company......
Amazon was kind to me.
Mower has engine surge problem and gasoline cap leakage. I so wanted this mower to work as my trimming mower.
